My coaching approach is simple and down-to-earth, grounded in over four decades of experience as a medical doctor (now retired). Over the years, I’ve gained valuable insights not just from professional practice, but from the personal journey of aging and the challenges it brings. This first-hand understanding allows me to better support you as you navigate your own path to better health. In addition, my training as a Naturopathic Health Coach has expanded my perspective, enriching my coaching with holistic, naturopathic approaches to well-being.
